Our policy on cancellations and refunds for services and training.

Professional Services

Refund eligibility for consulting and implementation services is determined by the terms of the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellations made before project commencement may be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative costs
  • Work completed and delivered is non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be considered for undelivered milestones

Training Programs

  • More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 7–14 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund; substitution of attendee is permitted

Managed Services

Managed service contracts follow the cancellation terms outlined in the service-level agreement (SLA). Early termination fees may apply.
